Q: Our message to you in these difficult times
In this new world we all find ourselves in, we want you to know that the health and safety of our all our team members, guests and residents is very important to us. At the Marrakesh we have always taken great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and in response to the current climate we have taken additional cleaning measures.
We are continuing to review our policies and procedures to ensure consistent alignment of our COVID-19 response procedures with the evolving public health advice and guidelines including that of the Australian Government Heath Department and World Health Organization (WHO). These measures include:
- Promoting hand washing, social distancing and healthy hygiene practices amongst the Marrakesh community of staff, guests and residents.
- Sanitiser is available for you to use throughout the building
- Contactless checkin/entry available
- Increased disinfecting of all public areas and high-frequency touchpoints throughout the resort.
- Our Housekeeping team have implemented additional cleaning procedures to ensure all individual apartments are cleaned to the highest standards.

COVID-19 TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS - Amendments & Cancellations
Unfortunately, as a result of the Global COVID-19 pandemic and in-line with Government travel restrictions and the extreme economic downturn, we are unable to take holiday guests until 15th June 2020.
This shut down is only temporary and we want you to know that we will be here to welcome you as our valued guest to The Marrakesh just as soon as it is safe and viable to do so. We will continue to review Goverment travel advice regularly and amend these dates as necessay. We will continue offer the friendly and accommodating service that we are known for and it's especially important now that you know we are here for you. The team at the Marrakesh are committed to offering you flexible booking options.
During these unprecedented and difficult times, we've got your back. We will happily work with you to move or cancel any scheduled booking directly affected by COVID-19 or Government Travel restrictions of your booking at no charge up-to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please note that any changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
*Scheduled arrival date excludes stays over special event periods or Peak Season. Special event periods or Peak Season reservations, require 14 days’ notice of cancellation or amendment.
Our normal cancellation policy will apply outside of COVID-19 restrictions.

Deposit of $200.00 is required upon booking or per any "special" terms at time of booking

No, Marrakesh does not accept pets in our holiday apartments. We are not pet friendly.

We recommend guests purchase travel insurance as soon as possible after booking to mitigate any costs incurred should any unforeseen circumstances disrupt your travel plans.
